At Anagha’s Gallery, each product is thoughtfully selected and often handcrafted with great care. As a small business, we operate with a strict no return, no refund policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been successfully delivered. Please make sure to review product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Color or design variation due to screen display differences
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing anaghasgallery@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement only if the damage is verified and reported within the specified timeframe.
Note: Any damage reported beyond 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for review.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.
